    Mitchell's Martial Arts has been a huge help with my grandchildren. Two of them suffer from ADHD and their focus in school was nill. Training in American Kenpo Karate with its emphasis on the Eight Principles of a Blackbelt has made all the difference. The children have learned self control and self disipline. Their focus and concentration is 100% better, so their grades are much better and their self esteem has risen. They enjoy the workouts and are in better physical shape then they've ever been. While their training has not always been easy, and they haven't always loved it, the results they are relizing now are certainly worth it.

    Mitchell's Martial Arts has been very good to my family. I have been with them for 3 years and have been very pleased with the dedication the staff has to the art, its students, parents, and the community. The instructors have made karate their lives and have a love for it which shows through the format they teach it to their students. That's probably one of the many reasons why they are rated the #1 school in the USA.

    I have been a student at Mitchell's Martial Arts for three years. Many of the lessons I have learn have not been just on the mats. The school has been a great source of support and has provided dependable child care for my son. I would highly recommend Mitchell's Martial Arts to everyone.
