Pretty much ruined an expensive tie I dropped off for cleaning. It was "clean", but so wrinkled it could not be worn again. It looked like someone had tried to "press it" - leaving the imprint/seams from the back of the tie permanently creased onto the front. I guess, it's still better than the ripoff prices at "Crest Cleaners' - who would've just as easily ruined my tie - at three times the price.

I picked up my dry cleaning and there was a note on my dress shirt saying there was a spot that could not be removed. I looked at the shirt and there was 3 red spots on my shirt that I know was not there when I dropped off my dry cleaning. I brought the shirt back in, they cleaned again and spots were still visible. I dropped it off again to have an employee tell me it looked like I spilled soup on my shirt. I called and talked to the manager who said he would have to talk to corporate about what to do with the shirt. He could not call me back because my cell phone is considered long distance. I was instructed to call back a few hours later. The Manager then said he would credit me $7 although there are stains still in my shirt. You get what you pay for at this cleaners. This place is okay if you have cheap clothes. Parking lot is HORRIBLE! Have fun getting in and out quickly. I would rather go to a dry cleaners that might be a little more expensive than have employees tell me I stained my shirt and at the end of the day be stuck with a dress shirt that looks like it has blood stains on it.
