They promised something on a Saturday morning, then were late and asked to have till 2 pm that Saturday. When I went again at 3 p.m, they were still not done and said they would be done by Tuesday at the latest. Again, it was not done by Tuesday. Simply unacceptable especially considering the prices they charge. I was gouged at the tune of $220 for 3 simple metal frames with single mats, none of the frames being larger than 7x10. While I do not recall this incident I do apologies for the lack of service you revceived. I do see two different business names listed and perhaps some confusion was made. Posted on 02/07/05Gone back to KH 5 times to have my pieces framed. Quality work at a very good price. Only place I trust.
