User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWon't loose your shirt!: I have been to several dry cleaners over the years each of whom has lost articles of clothing. I've been using Betty Brite for a year now with no problems. The alterations are great, they do a good job with dry cleaning, and they have a computerized tracking system! I will say that I have not had to bring in a complex cleaning, but I would not hesitate to do so.
