User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGoodies from back home: Chaparral has two good things going for it.
First, you can find all sorts of goodies from "back home", Paraguay, Argentina, Brazil, El Salvador, etc. For example: Galletitas Rumba, Antartica Guarana soda, Dulce de Leche, Mermelada de Guayaba.
Secondly, they have good cuts of beef at reasonable prices. While you might end up paying $11 or $14 at Safeway for a small cut of rib-eye, you can get a larger cut of similar (or better) quality beef at Chaparral for $8.
They also have good morcilla.
