User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTerribly Inefficient Office: Old Dominion Medical Center has good doctors, but the office is poorly run. Expect to wait AT LEAST one hour to be seen. This is for a SCHEDULED appointment! Ridiculous!!!

I would agree. This front office is about as inefficient as any I have encountered. I consider Dr. Horne to be a very capable and conscientious physician, but the business practices defintely require improvement. I experience this to such a degree that I am giving serious consideration to changing my Primary Care Physician
I third that. My husband had strep throat and they said they didn't have time to see him. He had to go to the emergency clinic.
My experiences at Old Dominion have been much better than those mentioned above. I've never had to wait long to see the doctor and never had trouble getting an appointment. All the doctor's offices I've dealt with over the years have some problems with efficiency, but Old Dominion is at least as good as most, and better than many.
I have only been in 3 times, but haven't experienced these problems. In fact, today I was in as a work-in (called in the morning to be seen same day) and I was in and out in 20 minutes, with all my questions answered.
