User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI will NOT return to this one. We live close to the one on Richmond Hwy and wanted to try another one...bad move! When we walked in the register was right there in front of the door so it was a crowded space to stand in. After ordering, we could not get a seat for about 30 minutes. This is because we chose a table withOUT a reserveration sign on it all to find out that the table was reserved so we were asked to move. They made us move without trying to help us get another place to sit. I had to get the manager to help who was too busy at the register to pay me any attention. We finally get seated and then started playing games. Most of the machines were either broken or did not give us our tickets. The staff was not helpful. The seemed understaffed. We did not get good customer service so we will not return. Not worth the drive. I will stay going to Richmond Hwy.

Love this place! Love the food! Very Clean...best i'v ever been too...and i've been to maaaannnnyyyy....take this kids! they will love it...

I love this Chuck E. Cheese -- it is crowded but they handle it well. The kids have a blast and the service is nice and responsive. We've only hosted birthday parties here (3 of them) and I haven't seen other Chuck E cheeses, so I can only say that this one is perfect for kids 4-8. The area for the little kids is also nice, but the overall business of the place makes it a little difficult for small kids (less than 3 years old). I thought it was perfectly clean, though this wasn't a big priority issue. Certainly it's way better than any bowling party I've been to!
