I moved to Falls Church fr...See MoreToday, very reluctantly, I called and made my first appointment at Nash and it was made with Amy. I moved to Falls Church from NJ 6 months ago and had already received a bad haircut at another salon. I MUST tell you and I hope this gets to the owner! I was greeted so nice at the door, the girl who washed my hair was so pleasant and I will say it was one of the best shampoo’s I have every gotten. I was taken right away by Amy (prior to cutting my hair, she consulted with me and I could tell, really listened)!!! Amy made me feel comfortable and relaxed and from the start, I trusted her expertise. I am so totally happy with my haircut and you can be sure I will be a repeat customer to Amy!!.. I say all this not just as a happy customer, but as a retired Hair Dresser! Thank you for such a lovely experience and I am so happy I have found a great Hair Salon in VA.Report AbuseWrite a comment ... -

I asked for a layered haircut with Amy. The result I had no layers at all. And then the blow dry was the worst I have ever had in my entire life. It would have been better if she just left it natural. No shape, the roots were not straight at all, I had an awful hair volume on my head I wonder how a hairstylist could let you out with that outrageous result Will never comeback there!!
