gave a refund for work that wasn't done. appreciate them doing this, but think they might be too busy to get your car in and out quickly.

Koons Ford of Annapolis worked on my 98 Ford F150 Nascar Edtion Truck and when it came back it was worse than when it went in. I have all the maintenance records on this truck it "was" immaculate......now they ruined it. Plus, they wanted me to pay to diagnose their mistakes. I will never deal with them again, NOR will anyone I ever come into contact with.
