These guys are great! Explaned everything in great detail so I knew what was needed. Did the job fast and at a reasonable price. Quality was excelant. I would reccomend them highly.
Overall experience was great. They were fast, efficient and very friendly.
Had my headliner replaced, looks brand new. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, and that was the best price in town.
I would highly recommend their services
They may do good work, but I question their pricing based on my experience.
I dropped by to have a seat back cable replaced. I had the new part from the dealer. The person at the desk (long pony tail) said it would be $125 (1.5 hours of time). When I questioned whether that much time was really necessary -- and that I thought one hour would probably suffice -- the guy became testy.
When I said perhaps this a job I could do myself and asked if he had any hints, he refused to offer any advice saying it is his business to do work.
I told him that I've found plenty of trades people willing to offer a minute or so of advice or a hint for a simple job and that this reflected most favorably on them. For those people, I then used them for more substantial jobs and referred friends to them.
I attempted the job myself:
1) remove the seat back
2) install a new release cable
It took ME (rookie) just 55 minutes and I've never taken apart a car seat before. A professional could certainly have done this in less.
There are presumably friendlier seat places and people around. I shall not take my car to Seatco at Baileyâs Crossroad again and shall report my experience to my car dealer (service department) who suggested I go to them for this job.

I know the the "long pony tail" guy pretty well and had them do work for me. Regarding estimates, they give you a quote based on a conservative guess as to how long it will take. However, they only charge for actual work performed. One more thing... if anyone thinks Seatco is expensive they should consider who is doing the work. These guys have been restoring interiors since 1958. They are good at what they do. Regardless of how N22571 felt about his seat back cable repair estimate, in my opinion, there is probably no one more fair or more qualified to have your interior fixed or restored.
