Great customer service: I don't know what the previous poster was talking about. I've been going to Cosmos Cleaners for 1 1/2 years now and never had any bad experiences. I had shirts that needed some re-work and took them back. Mr. Lee was very apologetic and took them back. I got the shirts back the next day and again they said sorry for the inconvinience. I guess the previous poster was rude when she/he the shirts back. They do an excellent job with their dry cleaning and drop-off laundry. Mrs. Lee does a great job altering pants. I highly recommend this store.
