Very helpful staff. This is what Home Depot is missing.

A pretty-ridicuous complaint. I've seen Brown's Birdbaths. They're lovely, but there is NO CLAY birdbath made anywhere in the world that one can leave out in the winter without turning it upside down so as to prevent having water freeze in it. He admits that it's CLAY. Not steel. Not plastic. Clay. Sometimes we buy something for its beauty, but have to recognize its fragility. Did he ask, when he bought it, whether he could simply leave it out all winter? What would Brown's have said? If I left outside a glass, which filled with water, which froze, and the glass broke, would I blame Brown's? Come on, now, let's be a bit reasonable.....
