Don't ever go here. They will give you a price quote and when you get there charge you way more. I told them all of the conditions on the phone got the quote and then called the next day to schedule, this guy gave me a different price and when I told him what I was quoted he dropped it some but not to what I was quoted at first. ( I should have seen the next coming) The morning of the appointment I arrive and he comes out and tells me that he can't honor that price and will have to charge $50 to $75 more. I have had dealings with other Ziebart dealers in other areas and always had a great experience and they have always done a great job. Just not this one in Fairfax VA. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

A great place for detailing your ride. They buffed my dull red paint until it alomst looked like new. I coundn't belive it. The rear spoiler was too far gone so they painted it, put in a sunroof, keyless entry, and tint. I'm saving up for a body kit, I'll definately have them paint it and install it. Thanks to Mike and the crew !

Horrific work. I will hold off on elaborating with details until I find out if Coroprate HQ can help me resolve the issue. Until then, if you are looking for a detail or undercoating, be very careful and explore your options wisely.

Update-Corporate cant help you if things go bad, and the local store didnt offer any satisfactory assistance with sincerity at all.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Line-X dealers will do undercoating which I found out afterwards but they do not advertise it, and from what I gather potentially better material for bedlining or interior jobs of off road vehicles. Detail Authority and other professional detailers cost LESS and do a 100x better job, as well are not shady like Ziebart Fairfax.

I have plenty of photos that I could show anyone if interested, I may possibly try to find a public site to post them so you can see what kind of work you may be getting yourself into.

I had a complete detail and undercoating job for $550+, which I was quoted 3 different prices from Fairfax Ziebart between going in person, calling, and showing up in person again. Maybe they have a sliding scale on what they think they can get out of you.

Briefly this is what I got for that money after they had the vehicle for 5 days, 3 business and 2 weekend.
-soaked seats like someone dumped buckets of water inside on them
-still dirt and wrappers underneath seats
-numerous missed spots of dirt on floor and plastic interior pieces
-blotches of armor all type stuff, runs, etc on doors and dash
-MUD painted over, handfuls of black mud under the wheelwells and rear frame, which probably will speed up the rusting process instead of preventing it
-undercoating OVERSPRAY on rims, tires, cab, bed
-entire front suspension, moving parts, hoses, etc drenched in undercoating, working on anything could end up costing more since it may be a hassle getting parts off, as well who knows what the undercoating will do to rubber parts, hoses that contain fluids that need to be kept cool, etc
-charged extra to buff out scratches to "do it right", they didnt come out, which they personally inspected so should have known better instead of tacking on almost $100 more
-white wax flakes all over the plastic trim of front and rear bumpers, looks like garbage now that the armor all stuff they applied has dried, the bumpers look like they have white paint spots all over but I was informed by another detailer that its the wax they used

The only resolution I got from them was to "bring it in for 5-10 minutes and we will touch it up while you wait"....the entire undercoating probably needs removed to ensure there is not more mud and dirt painted over, overspray needs removed from rims, tires, cab, bed, exhaust, suspension parts, etc...I dont even know if its possible to safely remove all that tar stuff from those parts. The detail job needs done thoroughly, which would take a lot more than 10 minutes, and thats just for the interior...nevermind the exterior.

Save your money and the headaches...Ive filed with BBB and the local government consumer protection group as well. Do not know if they will be able to assist, but at least others may be forewarned.

Also they are either very forgetful or flat out dishonest. Claiming they inspected the vehicle with me before I left, that I looked it over carefully, and said "wow what a great job", the owner/manager wasnt even there when I picked it up yet claims that happened.
