    It's all about money - not about service. Check around, Visit other places and compare the attitudes of staff. These guys are either way overworked or just plain rude. You owe it to yourself to check around and compare.

    I have to agree, this place is not very good. I had a bad experience with them too.
    Forgot to run my mom’s obit in the paper.

    Ok this makes me mad! This is the Second review I have posted for this horrible place, the first is not here.
    Our lady funeral director was rude (a blond girl), we were overcharged (They have 2 price list one for “Asians” and one for everyone else! There is about an $1800.00 dollar difference) the place smells of incense and is very loud (Lots of gong banging) 2 of their directors were unprofessional, one smelled of beer, and the older one was lecherous toward my 20 year old male cousin. Overall don’t go here!
