my first experience with ruby: Use to live in Woodbridge and work at Potomac Mills...Staff became like family and food and drink was always a delight//love the bar area and visit the location often and always ck in and say hi and have a drink while shopping...this ruby tuesdays has that great feeling you want when dining...love it
