User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsPretty good rib joint. The bar is a great place to catch the game. Prices are not bad. For those like me who like ribs on the hot side, try the devil's spit sauce.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThey seem to have some staffing problems lately. My parents and I have been visiting for almost 10 years now, at least once a month. Out of our last 5 visits, 3 have been unpleasant. Twice we had problems with our orders, and the 3rd we got NO service. I visited 2 weeks before Christmas with my parents.....we were there 20 minutes with NO SERVICE. We had no idea who our server was.....several staff members passed us while we waited just to place our drink orders. My mother is diabetic, and cannot afford to be seated immediately, just to wait 20 minutes to order a drink. We finally left, after watching servers joking with each other, dancing with each other, walking past us as if we were invisible. It was not busy, btw.
I contacted management and never even received ANY response. I guess since I wrote in my email I wasn't interested in free food, they didn't feel compelled to as much as respond.
They lost 3 long time patrons over this.
