User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been going to Studio since 1995. Regie is my stylist although on a few occasions I have used Jackie. In 14 years I have NEVER been disappointed, I have had my hair very short and mid-back length. The hair care is exceptional and the styles suitable for professional women.
Inasmuch as I appreciate the attention to my hair the aspect I love most are the people. It is soft therapy. Everyone is so loving and attentive. So positive and affirming. The stylists have worked together for a very long time and it is apparent in the manner in which they greet and treat one another. They are happy to see each other and support one another to ensure that all clients are attended to.
For 14 years I have NEVER waited. I am in an out in 1 hour. I love studio......for the many ways when they have conveyed love and kindness during the times I've need it the most. You never really know when you can bless someone with your words or attitude. They get that....which is why the experience works for everyone. A blessing, a nice break...and therapy in an unassuming way.
The perfect business blend. Worthy of duplication.

Secret is the best! Though be prepared to WAIT!! That is my only annoyance... Other than that, my hair always looks fabulous and HEALTHY! Just bring your favorite book, cause he has MANY clients and is only one person. Once he did show about 15 mins late to my appt, which I thought was unprofessional.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsToya, has been my stylist since 2000 and she is FABULOUS. When I had brain surgery the front part of my head had to be shaved and when. I was able to go back to the salon Toya, worked with my hair she never complained about my hair being too short or not having enough hair to do. She worked it out. Today I have healthy hair on my head Thanks to Toya and her care for my hair and me as a client. Studio 2000 is a pleasant place, I loved the way the stylist greet each other, I love the gospel music they play. Now that Reggie is gone Kevin has taken over the singing.

I must agree with you! Toya is the best. I started off with another stylist when I first came to Studio 2000 in 2005. I moved here from NY inn 2004 and could not find anyone to take care of my hair like my former NY Stylist, Tammie of Brooklyn, NY (must give her props). But when I found Studio 2000 and Toya did my hair for the first time when my regular stylist at that time was out, I knew that I found someone that could do what I wanted done. From that day, she has been taking care of me. She leaves my hair with a perfect finish, not one hair out of place. My hair is so much more healthy looking because she knows exactly what to do to keep it shape! I always walk out of the salon very pleased with her work and looking fabulous. She has handled my styles from short and tapered, to mid/long length, to when I got tired of my natural hair and wanted to wear a weave for a year. I love her work and would recommend her to anyone! Additionally the atmosphere at 2000 is wonderful. I love the comradery of the staff and clients. It is just a wonderful feeling when you enter. And, to top it off, gospel music is streaming continually throughout the salon - I just love it and will be a client as long as I am in VA!
