User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsParty City might be great for balloons but that is about it, the quality of their products is lacking. I purchased blue wrapping paper from them and it was see through! When I brought it back to return they said they do not accept returns on anything opened, even if it is defective! I was surprised that they don't stand behind their products and because of that I will not be shopping there again.
