Ordered my meal - got everything but the pancakes. I finally got them when I was close to finishing the rest of my meal and they were raw in the middle.. all mushy and uncooked dough all runny in the middle. How can you call yourself the International house of pancakes and mess up the pancakes. I sent them back and told them not the bring me more since we had completed our meal. THey took $2 off my meal. Wow !!!
My girlfriend and I went there about 3am on a sunday morning. It was still a good crowd there so we expected good food and service. But to our suprise we waited for about 20 minutes before our first contact with our waitress. She told us the our waitress was the mexican girl walking back and forth making contact with all other mexican customers but never came to our table. The mexican girl looked at us right in our face and said nothing. We asked for the manager and he came out and said that he saw what happened on camera in his office and he has had numerous problems with mexican/hispanics waitreses discriminating against black people. We finally got our meal, it was free of course and an apology from the manager.
Often crowded and noisy. The food is on par with most chain restaurants. Some food good, some not so good. I like hash browns with my breakfast, so that pleases me, but basically a breakfast is a breakfast as long as they don't burn the toast. If you want a non-fast food place to eat, where the service is above average ... this is an OK place to eat. Anyone who rates this place as 4 star or 5 star hasn't eaten in very many truly nice restaurants.
