    I Believe the organization as a whole is not as appalling as the salesman that I had. "Fitz" was rude and arrogant to say the least. Its really too bad because i was hoping for a good experience. The service department is good and treated me fairly. Just "Fitz" has a attitude that is way to big for this store.
