I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will use it again and again whenever I am in this area. The place is very clean and attractive, modern furnishing. I loved the 32" HDTV and the fact that there was an inroom coffee maker. The staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms were cleaned and made up every day we were there. Also well-known shopping mall is very close by. Food is execellent!!!!! I would rate it 5 stars!!!!

Hotel is pricey and nothing special for the cost. Staff was very friendly. Stayed in a smoking room, I smoke, but window wouldn't open. Only ice and soda machines, no snack machines. No free breakfast. Bathroom was fanciest thing about the room. Internet access for 10 dollars a day. Room was standard run of the mill room. I've had nicer rooms for cheaper at motel 8. Beds were very comfortable. Stayed for 5 days. Place isn't bad if ts for company trip but normal rate is $300 according to info in room. Shower was fantastic. Overall if I could do it again I would have stayed at the Courtyard Marriott which is connected to Crowne Plaza.
