Dansk Day Spa at Occoquan

i have been to dansk day spa on a few occasions, and it has been the best by far, in everything that a spa is required. the front desk is always so personable, smiling and always greeted. and even while waiting, im greeted by the rest of the other employees, and made sure that i was comfortable with where i was at, and if i needed some water or tea. my therapist was on time, and also gave me a few more than extra minute to work on my poor shoulder that i so much was needed or so i was told. i also recieved a facial, and she was great, my nail tech is so delighful and its always just me and her in the room and no one else. i so felt like the only one in the room, and that even though they were all busy at points, they made sure i was okay, and was comfortable, and with everyone there, i still felt like i was the only one there. they made my day at the spa always so enjoyable. and i will be going to them from now on, and te drive is so worth it. i was relaxed, and calm, and ready to face the reality of this world again one i left. calm, friendly and peaceful. if any one has anything bad to say about this spa, they have no idea what they are talking about.they themselves are and have negative vibes as soon as they walk in and are set for failure themselves.

I've been to Dansk spa on two occasions and was not satisfied by either visit. For my birthday I treated myself to a massage. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. I was not called back until 10 minutes after my appointment time was due to start. The masseuse did not make up the time that was lost nor did they offer any type of discount. On the second occasion the same thing happened. I arrived early for my appointment but was started late. In addition, the masseuse took longer than normal to start the session. I am aware that they allow 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment time for you to undress. I was waiting atleast 10 minutes. I do not recommend this spa. You are paying for 50 minutes but getting 30 minutes of actual service.

I cannot say enough about my visit to this Spa. Everyone there was so kind and professional. The Spa was very busy when I came in. Every potential client was treated with the greatest respect. I even felt as though I was the only one that mattered. There was this private nail room. Just me and the Nail Tech. She explained that this was the way our Spa works. It is all about the person in the room. I have been to enough Spa's and know when they care about you as an individual or not. These people care. The Signature Package was Awsome as were all those involved with my treatments. By the time I left I felt like family. YOU HAVE MADE A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER OUT OF ME! Thank you all.
