Horrible service. Rotated and balanced tires incorrectly. Horrible greasy food at their cafe. After spending well over $5000 on service on used vehicles and buying a brand new car from these guys, you'd think they would go to bat for you when your transmission dies (the 3rd time I've had a Honda transmission die on me with relatively low miles). Nope. If you can't stand behind your customers, then good luck keeping them. And I'm a Honda shareholder (not for long).
