This is a horrible Arby's. I have gone several times and the service is always terrible. The latest time I went was during the evening. There were 4 people ahead of me and it took 15 minutes to get up to order. The woman who took my order was dour, did not smile once and actually sighed all the time I ordered. Unfortunatley, she is usually the one taking orders and I think she might even be management. She has extremely poor customer service skills and I am amazed she stays employed at this restaurant. The store is filthy. The seats are shredded, grimy and I felt compelled to clean them myself before my family and I sat down to eat. The food was sub par, not fresh and the buns stale. The only thing that was decent were the food that had to be cooked fresh, like the chicken nuggets and curly fries. I was afraid to use the ketchup and other condiments from the dispenser because I was unconvinced they had been cleaned or sanitized in weeks. After many disappointments ( I love Arby's, and this is the closest one to my house...I was hoping for improvement) I will not be eating at this establishment again, this is a blight on the otherwise usually great chain restaurant.
