I totally agree with this and all the other positive comments. They carry a great selection of things, but what makes them really special is how helpful they are. If you admit total ignorance they will walk you through what you need to do. I even took a photo down of where I got stuck on fixing a leaky faucet. The guy congratulated me on doing it myself and said I had actually already succeeded. He took the hardware and told me exactly how it would come apart. Books said it unscrewed, it was pried out. Part was $2, advice worth $75 I figure. I just realized I have been going there 30 years and never once been disappointed, though I am using them more for advice now then I had needed to before.
