User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPeople deal well but they don't keep up the good work on the service. Their problem seems to be over confidence because of which they overlook things, don't listen properly to the problem description & hence require one to visit multiple times.
My '98 Camry with abt 86K miles, used to show some hick ups, mostly during the first time start ups in the day. They thought it was a simple issue of engine not warming up properly... on the first run, they gave me a tab of $ 300+. Problem went away for few days,,,
Next time, when the problem appeared I used to see it during anytime of the day instead of being limited to only cold mornings...I go back to them & I get a tab of another $ 200+. Now, couple of months over, the problem is back. I am not sure how much I have to spend this time...
May be I shud just sell it & look beyond Toyota.-

I saw one of their used vehicle ads and called to make arrangements since I was 4 hours away. I was promised I would get a call from them by the evening before I was to leave. I called that morning just to make sure they don't forget about me. I didn't receive a call. I called them 15 minutes before they closed and they told me it was just sold.
No courtesy....

I had similar experience. They are good as car dealers when they are selling... but not for service. Next time just go to Ourisman in Fairfax.
