We just had our siding and our windows replaced last month, and love the results! Sunshine was highly reccomended to us by friends and neighbors. We sought out a few other estimates and deicided to go with Sunshine because of their great pricing and professionalism during our estimate and job being done. We worked with Ryan, and he was more than willing to give us his time and thoroughly answer any questions we had. Another plus, was that the job was completed quickly.

Just got the works done on my house including a new deck, roof, siding, and windows and you can't find a better price or quality! My place looks great and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. All of the workers were very friendly and professional. The salesmen made me feel very comfortable and explained all of the details very well. If I ever need to have work done again Sunshine Contracting will be the first place I call!

We had some work done on the house. In general we like the outcome and the price was right but we are not 100% happy. The work crew was nice and competent enough, but while they were working there was all sorts of trash and dangerous objects in the yard. The kids couldn't play outside. [I contrast this to my neighbor who had similar work and a clean site]

Also, they said they would fix something (minor). They took the money and, of course, we haven't heard from them again. My bad for being trusting.
