User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI had several good experiences with the staff at Brooke Rental when arranging for delivery of tables and chairs. However, when I called to confirm everything the day prior to delivery the person I spoke to was rude, disrespectful, uncooperative, etc. I was very surprised when the person I speaking with claimed to be the owner - Mr. Brooke! He obviously doesn't care about us as customers. Had there been time to make other arrangements, I would not have done business with his company. The delivery people and staff at Brooke Rental were excellent and very nice and helpful -- I gave one star for the staff.
