Since 1994, Dr. Bassett and his associate veterinarians and hospital staff have cared for the six dogs we have owned. They have all been rescue animals and came with a variety of needs. Dr Bassett and his staff have provided consistently excellent care including routine, emergency, geriatric and ultimately end of life. They are excellent diagnosticians and clear and direct in their communications without being insensitive. One dog developed arthritic knees that seriously hindered his mobility. Dr Bassett suggested laser therapy, which added years to our dog’s life, and life to his years. He actually enjoyed his trips to the vet! Another of our dogs (age 17+) developed an infection and edema that made walking difficult and made her miserable. The laser therapy worked wonders, reducing the edema and almost made her enjoy going for treatment. This treatment, no in use for humans, is not inexpensive, but was worth the cost based on physical improvement and visible appreciation from our dogs. Dr Bassett and his associates are commendable in all aspects of veterinary care, and we have no qualms recommending this group.
