Metro Floors

Jay was very professional and very knowledgeable. We have used his services for the hardwood floors in the first floor of our house. We are in the process of using his services again to install heated tiles in our basement bathroom. We look forward to working with Jay every time, because he is dependable and gets the job done right.

In June 2008, Metro Floors installed hardwood floors in our entire house. Top to bottom, in every single room. They told us 4 days and when we had to come home early they stayed later hours to speed up the install and got it done before the promised delivery time. All the furniture was moved for us and put back in place. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.
We were very happy with the service and the quality of work.

We're planning on using them to finish our basement and to upgrade our kitchen.

I was very pleased with their service and product selection. I live in Ellicott City, MD but they were prompt and arrived on time for the installation of my carpet. The salesperson (who I think was the owner) was very helpful in describing the different choices I had for my budget.
