Will never eat at any dunkin doughnuts ever again, ate at one in springfield va, not far from old keene mill rd, had a problem with a smoothie, that was watery, after spending over $20 in the store, I wasnt happy with the $2.00 drink the owner, from korea flat out refused to give a refund, to a point of esclation, which resulted in court apparence, fines, and total lack of courtesy for a customer, which is being experienced in a lot of establisments now run by foreigners, who don't seem to understand the concept, customers come first
