Purchased a new Camry a couple of months ago and the salesman, Ken Rogers, impressed me because he did not just want to sell me a car, he wanted to make sure that I bought the right car for my family's needs. Not only was he knowledgeable about all of the features of every vehicle on the lot, it turns out the vehicle I thought I wanted, would not have worked out since I'm a mom with kids to cart around and he patiently worked with me until I found the car of my dreams! This dealership provides a no-stress sales environment, professionalism, courtesy from the sales floor to the service department. I would recommend it for anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle at a cost much lower than area competitors and without the stress and hassle of aggressive sales tactics!
I bought a cargo Van back in 2006, with the extended Guaranty package and when I need to used because my van broke dawn neither the dealer and the company who issue the ext, Guaranty will give me any atenttion, they keep transffering me to differents departments, and at the end nobody solve my problem, if you want a car find some place else, because in this dealer Alexandria Toyota and Jack Taylor Toyota, they do not honor the service they sell.-
DO NOT GO HERE!
I read the reviews on this page and thought that there was no way that an established dealership could be so inept and that I would have a decent experience, BOY was I wrong!
I went in for a routine seasonal package, and of course they take about 3 times longer than they claimed they would, and then when done tried to sell me a bunch of bogus services. Then, I ask for them to check the brakes and when the technician pulls my 4Runner back into the service bay HE WRECKS IT! HE ACTUALLY WRECKED MY VEHICLE INTO HIS TOOLBOX and smashes up the front end. SURE, they offer to fix it for free, but the headache and inconvenience was terrible.
When the service rep was walking me out to survey the damage, I mentioned this website and the negative reviews, and the reviews of damage to vehicles while here, and he laughed "well, as many cars as we see in here, odds are we're going to wreck a few!" ARE YOU SERIOUS?
They then pawn me off in a terrible loaner compact, which i drove to work once before demanding they give me a better vehicle. They did, but again- extra inconvenience and trouble to worry about. They claimed the body work would take a day or two, but ended up taking a week, but they did give me the services I had received for free and even detailed the car for me before I picked it back up.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!
