Great people! I really had a great time working with this dealer. I bought my Mazda CX-7 and I never have had an easier time. The people are knowlegeable, the place is clean, and the price was exactly what they promised. I will definitley buy from Brown's Alexandria again. I love the car. It handles great! the CX-7 has plenty of room.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsCar buying easy, aftereffects not so much...: I recently walked onto Brown's lot looking for a car, and they had a beaut! I walked out a couple hours later, the happy owner of a preowned car. However, the very next weekend, the check engine light came on, so I took it back in. THEN I found out that because the previous owner had installed an aftermarket intake, that Brown's refused to cover any engine service at all under the warranty. A fact that they conveniently left out when they sold me an extended warranty. I had asked them when I bought the car if there were any issues, but was not told that the modifications would void any warranty. When I complained, they pulled the "well, I don't see anything written on the contract..." thing and I was out of luck.
