User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been using these guys for 4 years. I bought a used moped, and liked it so much I traded it in for a new one. The owner, Hung, is a fair man, and has his children working busily for him on the floor of the garage. It is great to see a family operation like this. He is not very talkative, but he gets the job done fairly.

HP Mopeds is the place to get your scoot fixed in NOVA. It's a walk/bus ride from the Van Dorn metro. Good work, quick at fair prices.
Seems to be a staff of one so don't expect hand holding or any attention beyond what is really needed(especially over the phone). But as far as what matters they are the real deal.
