Had tree sap on the hood of my car and the manager went out of his way to detail the whole car. Place is busy but worth the wait. Will come again.

Horrible service. They told me I could take my car. I was putting my daughter in her carseat and next thing I know one of the employees was starting my car and started to drive off with it! My daughter was barely buckled in!

Friendly, Thorough, Excellent Customer Service: I took my car in to have stains removed from the seats -- I only asked for a shampooing of the seats and floors, but they detailed the entire interior for me. After paying for the service and taking a look, I noticed that some of the stains had not come out -- the manager assured me that they stand behind their work, and that he would keep my car an additional day free of charge in order to try some other cleaning methods.

The next day, the stains were gone, and I wasn't charged an additional dime. This is truly the best customer service I've encountered in the DC area by any means, and I will bring them return business from now on. Highly recommended!
