   I purchased a CLS 500 from Select Auto. Nine months later to my suprise it was discovered the tires were dry rotten. I e-mail Select Auto about the dry rotten tires. I received a phone call from Mike Haji whom I later found out is the owner of this dealership. He listen to my problem and replied "I will work with you on the tires he would get them wholesale for me". When he return the phone call to me it was to let me know the tires were 1400.00 and he would not chage me for balancing the tires. I replied I would get back to him after speaking with my husband. My husband and I went on line and researched, order Michielin tires for 175.00 less than what Mr. Haji was willing to work with me on. As for the 160.00 for balancing the tires I took care of that myself. I was surprised by the conduct displayed by Mr. Haji at one point my husband and I went to the dealership to speak to Mr. Haji in person to show him the tire. He refused to come up and see the tire saying "he beliieved the tire was dry rotten". We asked where he was and the response was across the street. So we went across the street to show him the tire. He was not to pleased with that. All was not bad with the purchase of the vehicle I had a great salesperson Kevin Gentry and the finance person was good. If you are expecting common courtsey or professionalism after purchasing a car from this establishment "THINK AGAIN!!

   If after 9 months you had tire problems, to me it would sound like a concern that the dealer does not need to deal with. The fact that they even tried to help you shows a lot and tried to make you happy. Its common for tires to have issues if they don't get proper use and cleaning, it may be possible that you did not read the owners manual. I have read the other reports on this store and they seem to be a rare bread, if I am ever in the market I will call upon them.

   Great experience! I did a ton of research on high end cars and it kept pointing back to SAI. Great staff, low pressure sales approach, fast efficient service. I was in and out with the car in less than 2 hours. Price was very competitive.

   This is my second purchase from Select Auto: After checking all of the dealerships in the area, my final stop was at Select. They have a great selection of cars, much better than what was available at most of the dealerships. JJ, my salesperson was great. Eventhough I hate the negotiating part of buying cars, JJ made it bearable. Debbie in finance was awesome. She gave me some very good financial advice in addition to being a very pleasant and fun person to talk to. Not like the stuffiness that you encounter with many dealerships when it comes time to sign over your dough. Overall, a very painless transaction and I will recommend them to friends and family.
