User Rating: 1 out of 5 starstoyota corporation is the best car company for me coz of thyre products all high quality i have nothing against toyota... but some of the peeps in koons lee hwy branch???all they care is how they get customer into there skin and once ur in its goodbye like ur on ur own buddy...they will not tell u all the important details on everything...its like lets show u the good things and theyll keep in the bad things we are new here in the US and we learned it the hard way dealing with them... if u are new and u were to buy a car in every dealr not just koons... ask everything u need to ask.. bout the tag how long is the tag requirements for the tagif in case they leave u in the air hanging by urself... coz they will surely not gonna work everything for u they just sit there drinking all the coffee coz its free and foolin around with the computer....so buyers out there?? heads up for u guys watch out !
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have a feeling that any good reviews about this place (on this site or others) are made by employees of Koons trying to help out their image. If you want to have good things said about you, just try to run a better business. In my job, I've worked with ex-convicts who have better morals than the guys that run this Koons location. Keeping such a staff makes me wonder about the entire Koons outfit. My advice: there are plenty of other dealers in town that are worth your time and trust. Just throw a stick and visit the dealer's lot it lands in, and you'll do much better than Koons Arlington Toyota.

I've taken my 2004 Tundra there for it's regularly scheduled maintainance and each time the service has been fantastic. They've been prompt and professional. Very much appreciated!
