LET US NOT FORGET: The employees in this small substation exhibits professional and that down home feeling of warmth that is so rare received from Postal
Station Workers. Whether U are a regular or new customer, I have observed nothing but the best. More importantly, when a new or temp worker get off track when dealing with customers, the assigned workers put them back on track in a hurry but not in a nasty way.

Cudos to the Mt Vernon Post Office workers and if going Postal mean treating customers with respect then people who are in customer service business should take some lessons for them.
