My car was incredibly dirty when i brought it in, but after they cleaned it, I was literally surprised and definitely impressed by how clean it looked. The interior was swiped down clean and the exterior was sparkling. It almost looked like a new car! I definitely got my money's worth!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsQuestioned my integrity: I did not notice until I got home that they had not removed any of the bugs from the front of my car (I chose the most expensive wash). I returned the next day and they insinuated the bugs were fresh from that day. When I asked for the manager's number, they told me to look on my receipt. When I called the number on the receipt, they went inside, answered the phone, stated he was not in and hung up on me. They were rude and unhelpful. I will never return.

DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER: I was upset that after I kindly asked them to wipe down my dash they threw a towel for me to do it.
