Not a horrible place. I needed a repair done and it took 3 days to get parts and get it done, but whatever. The service manager I worked with made a big mistake by not calling to let me know that only half my parts were in and when I came to pick my car up it wasn't even touched. That pissed me off. So I took my keys until I got an apology. Next day my car was in and fixed in a matter of 3 hours. Bet they won't jerk me around again. If you go to this place you have to be a bulldog! Stand your ground and stop whining! Oh by the way Albert Sanchez is who I would recommend anyone deal with.
I was amazed at how little service was provided by this company in this economic environment. Their customer service was non existant and when I raised my issue to management I was treated with total disrespect. I would not recommend doing business with this company for any reason.
Don't Waste Your Time and Money: The Nissan service folks need to take a training class on customer service. It's just a mess there and I will never return. My latest experience involved a simple appt to get an oil change and fan belt replaced. When I arrived the guys sitting at the desks couldn't be bothered with helping me. I stood in front of them for a good 5 minutes before saying "I have an appt - can someone help me?". Finally one guy looked up after someone else walked in the room (clearly his manager) and rudely said he could help me. When I told him I was dropping off my car and I had an appt he rudely answered "I can't find your appt. Who did you speak with to schedule it?". Like I remember the name of the person who made my appointment! After convincing this guy that I actually made an appt I left my car planning to pick it up later that afternoon. They called later on to tell me it wouldn't be ready until the following morning. When I arrived at 9am the following morning my car still wasn't ready (reminder: I just had a simple oil change and fan belt replacement!). Their rudeness and unfriendly demeanor is over the top and I refuse to give them any more of my money. If you can deal with it, more power to you but don't expect leaving here feeling good.
