Very rude and very poor service. They are unwilling to help in any way and the customer is completely disregarded. Even when you are ready and willing to shell out thousands of dollars for a new scooter. Take my word for it these people are nasty and will waste your time completely. I give this store a rating of ..........."1 /one thousandths of a star"

Awful. I just called and asked if he could change my oil. He told me to call him in an hour, "I'm too busy". I then asked if it can be done today or if it needs scheduling. He just hung up on me.
This isn't a business.

Incredibly rude and disrespectful: I called them for parts on a GY6 150cc motor for my son's go kart. The person on the phone was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. When asked if I purchased the equipment at their place, I told them I purchased it somewhere else. They quickly responded, "Well take it back to them!!" and the phone call only got worse from that point. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and I am giving the one star since "no start" is not an option. Disgruntled in Alexandria.
