Our facility is over 6,000 sq.ft. with 2 separate studios equipped with multiple heavy and standing bags. We have separate men's & women's locker rooms with showers in each. We offer the best in children & adult programs. Our programs provide you with excellent technical martial arts training and superior physical fitness, as well as invaluable tools for success in life.
