User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsAwful Service: Even since they got new owners, the service has been terrible. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and I got an untoasted bagel with butter. I ordered a coolata and I got a latte. I'm serious. This has happened with various other orders too. Even though I have patience and tell them nicely what they've done and they do fix it, I'm simply dumbfounded every time it happens. Unless you have a lot of patience, don't bother stepping in this place. Also, if the parking lot is crowded don't bother either. You'll be in line for a good 30 minutes.
