User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAs good as it gets for hardware. Comparitively small place, but they have just about EVERYTHING. Staff is knowledgable and friendly, wide variety of quaility merchandise, easy access parking, and the mascot, Stormy the cat, is always willing to tolerate another visitor looking to rub the cat. The kind of hardware store we all remember from a bygone era. A pleasure to deal with in every way.

I initially found Village Hardware through the Weber Grill website. After numerous frustrating calls to big box home improvement stores who were either uninterested or uninformed about the product, I called Village Hardware and talked directly to Larry, who owns the business. Within 5 minutes I had more information on the Weber product than I'd gotten in a day of internet research and fruitless calling to big box stores.
Larry is knowledgeable about his product, loves to talk without resorting to the "hard sell" and, best of all, his store offers the personal touch that only a finely run family can (personalized delivery, after sales support and great advice). I came to Village Hardware for a grill; I'll be back for my future hardware needs. Thanks Larry! -

Support your local hardware! Village may very well be the last privately owned and operated hardware store in Fairfax County. They always have what I need, including expert advice and assistance. They sell Toro and Weber equipment here and will assemble for free. If you are anywhere near this hardware, stop by and give them some business.
