My wife and wife went to 4 dealerships in the local area looking for Civic Hybrids. We were almost to the point were we was going to look at Toyota because of the service. After visiting Browns Arlington Honda I will never go to another Honda dealer. They treated my wife with respect and made us a GREAT DEAL!! Thanks Browns Arlington Honda for your excellent service.

I absolutely 100% do not recommend this dealership for ANY repair work whatsoever. I have personal experience...they charge for work that is unnecessary. I stopped going to them earlier this year...and instead went to a non-dealer. I found out that almost everything Brown's had told me about what my car needed was either deceptive or fraudulent. I have no vested interest in this review...except to vent my frustration and to express my first amendment rights.
