worst customer service - nine lives finally dead.‎ - erin‎ - Today
I have eaten there many times but this is not the first time i have blatenly bad serivce. I have let it go in the past but after that forementioned debacuale i can't let it go. I have had a sit down dinner there many of times and had the lack of a waitress where i have had the waitress to busy sociallizing with her friends to remember to put my appetizers in to i had to get up and ask for a refil on my soda; something very simple. Their need to make a buck is obviously more important to them. Their lack of attention for the customer is eveident and very prominent. Bad service will leave a far more sour taste in your mouth than bad tasting food. I honestly think no matter how good the food is, the lack of customer service is leaves taste.

on top of it all...
Their driver delivered the pizza to the wrong address because he was too lazy to ask which apartment he was suppose to be delivering to i live in 8 the neighbor livesin ten not that difficult you would think. Then my neighbor tipped the dirver ten dollars because he believed that was what he owed company he had ordered food from. They when i called to complain they did nothing. I paid for the mishapp then had to pay my neighbor back for the ten dollars he had given the driver.

I recommend going anywhere but here!!!

Their customer service isn't very good but the pizza is great. I especially like the chicken with vodka sauce. DELICIOUS. One of their giant pizzas will last you several days. I learned about it from a friend several years ago and have introduced others to it since, and everyone loves the pizza.

VALENTINOS!!!!!!!!!!! the best pizzeria place ever! mmm mm mmm! try the buffalo chicken! it is delicious. and their pastas are to DIE FOR! OMG! I AM THERE LIKE EVERYDAY! LOL :D Moe is the pizza man.. he can make about 200 pizzas from scratch in one hour! HHHEEE ROCKS!

KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK VALENTINOS!!

BTW: if you complain about valentinos, maybe its because you are not a new yorker! YOU DONT KNOW HOW ITS DONE TO NEW YORK! so go have fun at dominoes.. cheap cheap CHEAP pizza!
