I've loved this store for decades, even before I had kids. Now, as a mother, it is such a privilege to have such a fantastic children's clothing and toy store nearby. It is not cheap, but quality never is. You will find toys that you will want to play with, even without a child around. They have toys you would never find at the big box stores, and they will last forever.

Also, I had a terrific interaction with the manager regarding a billing mistake, who went above and beyond with customer service. I would give it five stars because I am so happy with the Why Not shop, but sometimes in the instore service could be a little more friendly.
