    I have been to this restaurant approximately five times in the last nine months because it is convenient to my home. Each time, the service or food became worse than the time before. The last time I went to dinner at Uno's was on a weekday around 5:30 PM. The place was pretty empty. The waiter did not know the specials. We ordered the daily special deep dish pizza. There was sooooo much salt in the pizza crust that we could not eat it. Needless to say....convenience is not everything.

    Good food served poorly: I've been to Unos all around the country; love 'em and the food is great. However, the service at this one stunk! And it wasn't an isolated incident because the couple at the next table over was complaining to the manager about a different server. Water served, no straws; appetizer served, no silverware or napkins; food served, not as ordered; etc. I will never go back to this location again.
