After going to another lender, who was horrific, I went on the VHDA site and saw Joanna Butler’s name listed as one of the only few with a platinum rating. I emailed her and a few others, and she was the first to get to me. From the beginning, Joanna knew how to calm my fears and made sure to give me the program that was right for me. If I emailed or called, she promptly responded, and I never had to deal with any papers getting misplaced, which I hear happens often. I then worked with Robyn, who was just as amazing. In no time, my loan was approved and I am closing right on time. They were the best, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a mortgage broker with a warm touch.
