I moved to Stafford VA in 2007 and when I was looking for a car wash on Yahoo, I found these reviews. For two years I have faithfully taken my three vehicles to the 610 Carwash without issue. Then this month my son took his car to the 610 Carwash and had to have it towed, on a flat bed to a tire shop. His Chevy Cobalt when in the wash bay with air in all four tires. It came out of the wash bay with two flat tires. The equipment inside had snapped off the valve stems on his left side wheels. Note the Chevy Cobalt (his model) has tire pressure sensors in the valve stems that are made of metal. The 610 Carwash is not willing to help replace these parts. Keep in mind the guide rails are on the left side.
I will never use the 610 Carwash again nor would I suggest anyone use them. If you do use the 610 Carwash be prepared to repair your vehicle should anything happen inside the wash bay.

I was there the day they locked his keys in the car. He was understandably upset and they were making matters worse by not helping him in ANY way. In actuality, they called the police on him. I was shocked. I have heard that they do lock people's keys in their cars a lot and won't pay to get them out. Guess you better have a spare set just to geet your car washed.
